• How do I know my order went through? You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
• Can I cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel before dispatch, but not once an order has shipped.

• How long does delivery take? Delivery typically take 4-9 working days.

Returns

• What is your return policy? Every Sleepera pillow includes a 30-night trial. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

Payments

• What payment methods do you accept? Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Visa.
• Is my payment information secure? Yes. Checkout is processed through Shopify's encrypted system, and Sleepera never stores your card details directly.

Product

• Is this suitable for side and back sleepers? Yes. The higher contour supports side sleeping, the lower contour supports back sleeping.
• Is it suitable for stomach sleeping? It can work if with your face turned to the side.
• How do I wash the cover? The cover is removable; wash at 30 °C.

Account

• Do I need an account to order? No. Guest checkout is available, though creating an account lets you track orders and reorder more easily.
• How do I reset my password? Use the "forgot password" link on the account login page.
