Terms of service

Orders — Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, e.g. stock or pricing errors, and refund any payment taken in full.

Pricing and payment — Prices are in GBP. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your right to cancel — 14 days from delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus our 30-night trial (see Refund Policy).

Delivery — Times are estimates, not guarantees (see Shipping Policy). Risk passes to you on delivery.

Product descriptions — If a product doesn't match its description, you're entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual property — Site content belongs to Sleepera or our licensors.

Limitation of liability — We're liable for foreseeable losses up to your order value; not liable for indirect losses; nothing excludes liability for death, injury, or fraud.

Changes — We may update these Terms; the version live when you order applies to that order.
